Job Title: Finishing Technician
Department: Manufacturing
Reports To: Production Supervisor
Summary: On screen and digitally printed products, performs finishing work including slitting, shearing, round cornering, hole drilling, and stripping die cut items. In addition, cuts raw material stock for solvent and digital printing by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Operates slitters and shears to cut raw material stock for printing, and to cut printed products as per job ticket specifications.*
- Operates drill presses, round corner machines, and hole punch machines to finish products according to job ticket specifications.*
- Strips out die cut products.*
- Transports finished jobs to shipping.*
- Enters job finish dates in FileMaker on the finishing computer.*
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures.*
- Maintains a clean and organized work area.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Title: Screen Print Technician
Department: Manufacturing
Reports To: Production Supervisor
Summary: Operates the solvent and UV screen printing presses to produce signs and other screen printed products by performing the following duties.
Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Operates screen printing presses and UV lines.*
- Reads and uses job tickets to understand production run specifications including quantity, color, product identity.*
- Monitors the product to ensure adherence to specifications during the entire run; troubleshoots as needed.*
- Sets up press for printing, including thorough visual check of the screen and also sets up UV lines when UV printing.*
- Prepares/mixes/thins ink.*
- Breaks down and cleans press.
- Signs production tickets and labels product racks.*
- Moves product racks to the drying area for solvent printing.*
- Maintains a clean, organized and safe work area.*
- Adheres to all company policies and procedures.*
- Disposes of area trash.
- Sweeps, vacuums, mops production area.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
