According to International Fire Code Section 311 Vacant Premises, placards shall be applied on the front of the structure determined to be unsafe and shall be visible from the street. Additional placards shall be applied to the side of each entrance to the structure and on the penthouses. Printed on .070 gauge white plastic with a red background, white reflective stripes and white reflective border. Other materials available, call for additional options.
